🤙 · People & Body › Hand signs · Emoji 3.0 (2016)
🤙 is a hand with the thumb and pinky out and the middle fingers curled, like a phone held to your ear. It comes in five skin tones.
It has two lives. One is 'call me', as the name says. The other is the shaka, the hang-loose sign from Hawaii and surf culture: chill, all good, no worries. In chats it's mostly a relaxed, friendly 'sounds good'.
